Is Complexion Beauty really free?
Yes, completely free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no hidden costs. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions when you purchase products through links in the app — the price you pay is the same either way.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete all your data including your beauty profile, product collection, routines, skin diary photos, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with encryption in transit and access restricted to your authenticated account. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who is Lexi?
Lexi is your AI beauty assistant built into Complexion. She knows your skin type, your products, and your routine, so she can give personalized recommendations. Lexi is powered by AI and her recommendations are for informational purposes only — they're not medical or dermatological advice.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to Settings in the app to manage your notification preferences. You can also manage notifications through your device's system settings.
Can I use Complexion on both iPhone and Android?
Yes! Complexion Beauty is available on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Your account syncs across devices — just sign in with the same account.
How does the barcode scanner work?
Point your camera at a product's barcode and Complexion will look up the product in our database. If we find a match, the product details are automatically filled in. You can also add products by taking a photo or entering details manually.
What does the skin diary do?
The skin diary lets you take guided selfies to track your skin over time. You can also log lifestyle factors like sleep, water intake, stress, and exercise. Over time, Complexion helps you spot patterns between your habits and your skin's condition.
